Shipping & Returns information

All items purchased at Lighthouse will be packed 100% discrete and neutral. What does this mean? All orders are sent in a neutral package (called “plain box shipping”) with only a discrete shipping label. This way outsiders will never see what you have ordered. Orders are only shipped when the payment is received.
All packages sent by Lighthouse are insured against theft and damage. If a package does not arrive, we will first investigate the reason for this at the used postal service.
Almost all the products you find at Lighthouse are available from stock so you're assured of a quick and assured delivery. When we have processed your order you will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped. We will ship your order from the Netherlands. Deliveries within the Netherlands will normally be delivered within 2 business days after the entry of your payment. For all other countries within the European Union delivery can take up to 2 to 5 business days after the entry of you payment.
Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders over an amount of €50. For shipping outside the Netherlands different rates apply depending on the destination. The shipping costs for other countries depend on the weight of the shipment and are displayed at the checkout of your order.
It is possible to pick up products at our office. Products in our webshop are in stock at our distribution centers at different places. For this, our office address (Lighthouse Trading BV, Kerkenbos 1097-E. NL-6546BB, Nijmegen, the Netherlands) needs to be entered as shipping address during checkout. After this, your products will be shipped to our office through one of the parcel delivery services. The costs for this shipment are at the customers own expense (free from €50,-), these costs are included during checkout. Contact us via chat, email or phone to make sure everything goes right.
Items that do not meet expectations can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. The term referred commences on the day after the delivery date. Every article has to be returned in its original condition, with the original tags and be sent to the return address in the original product packaging.
For a quick and smooth processing of your return, please consider the following: Please contact us if you wish to return an item. State your order number and the item you wish to return. After this you will receive an email from us to confirm your request. When we receive your shipment you will receive an email as confirmation.
If the return item is to be replaced by another item we will send the replacement as soon as possible (if available).
If the article is sent return we will refund the purchase price within 14 days after receipt of the returned item back to your account.
Items cannot be exchanged and / or returned when:
- articles or their packaging have been opened and used.
- this is not possible due to their nature.
- articles are damaged or incomplete after opening or use.
- bonuspoints or vouchers were used for the purchase. The value of points and vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
- products are fresh or perishable.
Costs for returning goods
Lighthouse does not cover the costs of sending returns. If you wish to exchange an item the shipment for this are at the customers own expense. Please make sure that there is sufficient postage on your return parcel. Lighthouse Store will not cover any shipping costs for insufficient or non-paid postage.
At Lighthouse we stand behind the quality of the products we supply. However, if you receive an order that is not up to standard, we would like to hear about it and receive a message from you stating the fault and the reason for the planned return. This will help us to optimize our customer service.
